We plant, grow and serve these groups to invigorate male community leadership.

Every AO is free, open to all men, held outdoors, peer-led, and ends with a COT.

We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership other than you show up at the appointed time + place and follow the workout leader [the "Q" in F3 lexicon].
